Excellent family hotel
fantastic slides beautiful photos cheerful staff
I stayed here for several nights and found some good points. The kids pool had fantastic slides. The hotel provided photographers that took beautiful photos of my children, especially Alexis. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and cheerful.
The bar at night had no background music and zero atmosphere after the evening entertainment. i was ill after eating the chilli con carne warm in a bowl beside all the cold salads. I had to sit outside in the lobby being sick for 5 hours.

The food market includes themed nights. There is also a very nice selection. Tubs of ice cream were always available. The Asian and Italian restaurants provide a change from the buffet.

The staff provide friendly service. Some staff remembered drink choices. Staff sorted a door handle quickly. José on reception was very helpful and courteous.

I stayed in a triple room. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The room felt spacious. The hotel upgraded me on arrival again and room was a great location on the corner by the kids club.

The hotel is near places to visit. The hotel is a short transfer from the airport. It's a 5/8 mins drive to nearest beach. There is a lebanese restaurant and shisha bar outside the hotel.

noisy dining room poor service
the dining experience IS bad. the food market was always loud. queues to enter at night were long. it felt rushed. a la carte restaurants didn't offer much improvement on the food market. Food arrived on hot plates without table service for drinks.

beautiful pool friendly staff attentive service falling shower peeling ceiling stained toilet
the pools was beautiful. the staff was friendly and caring. the service in the restaurant was on a new level, it was so efficient and attentive. i thought empty plates cleared immediately.
the shower fall off the wall every time you turn it on and turn it off. the ceiling in the bathroom is peeling off and have mould spots. i think the bottom of the toilet is very stained, it isnt very luxurious having a brown toilet.
